We are strong and soft. We are gentle and bold. We are brilliant and funny. We are nurturing and sexy. To be a woman means you are a walking contradiction of all the things you are and are capable of.
It’s time to stop listening to people telling us who we are supposed to be and what we are supposed to do. Now is OUR time to live our dreams and build stronger, more supportive connections. It’s time.
I believe women are the future and the patriarchy is the past. That’s why I’m on a mission to help as many women as possible to redefine themselves, LIVE BOLDLY and fill the world with our magic.

Programs
It doesn't matter what your job is or what your ambitions are, everyone needs to define their own unique brand. There's so much power in defining yourself and embracing what makes you uniquely YOU.
As women, we are told from birth what we should look like, how we should dress, act, think, speak. Later, we either get "should"-ed to death (being told what we "should" do/be) or end up sacrificing our needs for our spouses, children or jobs for so long, we forget what we want and who we are.
Before I started coaching women to redefine themselves and embrace their power, I built brands for Fortune 500 companies. I become a branding expert and launched more than a dozen national and global brands.
My coaching methodology is built on creating a personal brand. A brand is created by defining skills, core personality traits, values, strengths, weaknesses, passions, style and especially, your story -- the good, bad and ugly of it.
My process helps you redefine yourself and rediscover those dreams you'd forgotten you had.
Reclaiming Me
One-on-one coaching

It's time to focus on you. We'll work together for 12 weeks to help you gain clarity on what you want to create in your life, separate who you are from who you've been told to be and learn how to truly own your story.

Healing into Power
Group coaching program
There's magic when women come together. We support each other. We learn from each other. We cheer for each other.
This is a safe space where we lean into our feminine energies and learn to lead with our womanhood. To look at problems that our unique to women and find solutions that honor our skills as women.
This 12-week transformative experience will help you define your values, strengths, weaknesses, explore your passions, define your vision and how to put your brand into action. And you'll do it all in a community of women who support you and celebrate you.
Give Zero F*cks
Three-day intensive
It's time to give zero f*cks. One of my favorite books is about a girl who decides to keep all her f*cks and not let a single person make her feel "less than."
It's time to give zero f*cks. Each day we start our day full of life and joy, then slowly during the day, we give away our f*cks -- our confidence, our joy, our voice, our light, etc. It's time to stop. If you're ready to keep your f*cks in your basket, then this is for you.
In this immersive, in-person experience, we'll work on defining your values, strengths, weaknesses, vision and owning your story for your personal brand. We'll also work on your style and have your very own photoshoot.
